Meet the Team
Nicole Simons – General Manager/Owner
Nicole joined the company in 2012 as the Reservations Manager. Nicole played such an integral role in both facilitating ORG’s Rental Division and assisting in overseeing Operations, that she was promoted to General Manager in 2016. In early 2018, Nicole seized the opportunity to purchase the company from Mr. Russell Post. She now oversees all operations and financials, housekeeping, and marketing to ensure the company continues to grow exponentially. In her free time Nicole loves kayaking, snorkeling, boating, cheering on her Green Bay Packers, and spending time with her two dogs, Tebow and Luna.
Sarah Curtis- Client Care Specialist
Sarah joined The Owner Rental Group as Administrative Assistant four years ago. She serves a significant role in the day to day organization of operations by coordinating housekeeping schedules and assisting the owners and guests to ensure a pleasant and personalized experience. Her outgoing, ambitious personality adds to the positive team dynamic that exists at ORG. Sarah enjoys live music, boating, biking, and her cats.
Jessica Banks- Reservations Agent
As Owner Rental Groups’s Reservations Agent, Jessica supports the rental team by coordinating availability and accommodations with guests. She assists the GM in ensuring each guest is comfortable in their Ocean Reef vacation home.
Maria Carvajal- Housekeeping Supervisor
As the Housekeeping Supervisor for over ten years, Maria is one of Owner Rental Group’s veterans! She oversees the Housekeeping Department to ensure that each home is perfectly prepared for arriving guests. She also assists with coordinating the housekeeping schedules and performing maintenance inspections on each rental home. On weekends, Maria loves spending time with her family and playing with her pet Chihuahuas.
