Meet the Team
Nicole Simons – Owner
Nicole has been our fearless leader since 2018, when she acquired The Owner Rental Group from Mr. Russell Post. Starting as the Reservations Manager in 2012, she was promoted to the General Manager in 2016, and now serves as both Owner and General Manager, overseeing all operations and financials, housekeeping, and marketing. Though notorious for working overtime, in her free time, Nicole loves kayaking, snorkeling, boating, cheering on her Green Bay Packers, and spending time with her much-loved Huskey, Luna.
Jill Alonge – General Manager
Jill joined The Owner Rental Group in May 2023. She started in the membership department at Ocean Reef Club back in 2013 then worked as the Director of the Ocean Reef Chamber of Commerce where she worked closely with many of the vendors on property. The past three years, she was an association manager for many of the condo associations here onsite. On weekends, Jill loves spending time with her family and playing with her Labradoodle, Lennon.
Lindsey Huff – Reservations Agent
Lindsey joined The Owner Rental Group in early 2021. Lindsey coordinates rentals, focusing on long-term and holiday rentals. In her free time, Lindsey loves to take advantage of the sunny Florida weather. She enjoys reading by the pool as well as listening to music and podcasts on walks through her neighborhood, with her Teacup Yorkie, Sparkles.
Cristal Vargas – Reservations Agent
Cristal joined The Owner Rental Group in early 2021. Coming back to work after being a stay-at-home mom to her three boys, she is a vital part of the team, handling the short-term reservations, assisting the housekeeping team, and always making sure the candy bowl is full for our delivery drivers. In her off-hours, Cristal enjoys spending time with her boys and finding the best new shows on Netflix.
Maria Carvajal- Housekeeping Supervisor
As the Housekeeping Supervisor since late 2008, Maria is one of Owner Rental Group’s veterans! She oversees the Housekeeping Department to ensure that each home is perfectly prepared for arriving guests. She also assists with coordinating the housekeeping schedules and performing maintenance inspections on each rental home. On weekends, Maria loves spending time with her family and playing with her pet Chihuahuas.
